@geegrimstead yes that was really helpful! Thank you for replying and for the lovely message! 😊 I’ve ordered 3 mega mega for now and will get more over the coming months to put away. I just don’t want to get too many if that makes sense. I use the mediums when I was having periods, but that’s obviously stopped for the time being 😂 x
@rachaelmbruce oh congratulations on your little one!! I got the post birth pack which had 3 mega mega and then 3 mega flow pads which was good, but to be extra safe I would probably have a couple more than that. It completely depends on what your personal blood loss is after. I used these for my third baby and I found my blood loss was less than the previous two. They do take a little while to completely dry but I did find they hold more blood than a disposable so I wasn’t changing it as often. They didn’t leak either which was an issue I had with disposables with my previous bleeds. Sorry, I hope that’s helpful! I don’t know if it is 😂
@geegrimstead hellooo I hope you don’t mind me commenting. I’m a first time mum due to give birth next May! How many pads would you recommend getting for post birth? X
Had not hand 😂
Hand my son 09/09/2020 and am a heavy bleeder normally but post birth not even disposable maternity pads could cut it with all my others (6th child) I can honestly say I had no leeks, no dodgy back bleeds and these pads are more thirsty than the disposables. Didn’t have to change my pad half as much as I would have. They are now tucked away ready for my period. Love, love, love these pads x
Yes! I used the mega mega flow for post birth, so comfortable and absorbent 💛
Using these post birth (almost 3 weeks) and are fantastic, used disposables in the hospital then switched and these are so comfortable even after stitches x
Just wanted to say - first period using the pads and I’m never going back! Brilliant product & wish I’d got them sooner! Thank you!
🙌I use for bladder weakness and they are totally awesome, so light and think you cover that they are there but no fear sneezing or (dare I say it!) Coughing x Also recommend them to our mums for post partum. They are soft, no holes or bits for stitches to get caught in, no nasty chemicals to draw blood away too fast and available in a pale colour to monitor blood loss, ideal!!
I’ve used them post birth. I got the post birth bundle. They really were life changing. I felt so much more comfortable and I swear it made my bleeding not last as long. I had to use a few disposables when my baby was admitted into the hospital for 24 hours and I could feel a difference. I felt itchy and uncomfortable, so I was glad to go home to my reusables. I wouldn’t go back to disposables now after that experience and have been recommending them to my pregnant mum friends as well as my friends who aren’t pregnant. I just can’t get over the difference. I’m so glad I stumbled across Wear ‘Em Out, I honestly am. Complete game changer
You can use these beauties for anything; eye masks, mopping up spilt Gin, throwing at annoying family members without causing concussion... We need to start doing a Blue Peter style ‘making section’ on your IGTV 🤣😂😘XX
Did you get my DM?💜
