Some beauty in honour of #EarthDay. Do you know that this serene view is an Egyptian one 🇪🇬? In fact, it039;s one straight from our family farm in the Bahareya Oasis. That039;s our alfalfa crop growing against the backdrop of volcanic 🌋 mountains. Yes, volcanoes! Before our desert reclamation project, this arid, virgin desert land was once a hot spot of volcanic activity and the remaining black basalt is testament to this. It039;s absolutely beautiful against the white sands of the desert, wouldn039;t you agree? Even more reason to grow responsibly and conserve it 🙏.
