⚡️ This is one of the lessons 2020 has brought to me.
⚡️ Julia - why is this account called Visionary Realist? ➖Because I am a visionary with big and ever new ideas, and at the same time, I am very pragmatic and a straight-up realist. ➖The last years taught me that having both of these characteristics at once is a great strength. But if these two parts of me are not in balance I feel frustrated, overwhelmed, and anxious. ➖Finding a balance between the visionary part and the realistic part of me is an ongoing process. I often have to realize that my day only has 24 hours and that it is more impactful to focus on one task at a time even though I have enough ideas to do 17 things at once. ⚡️When I talk to other people around my age (millennials) I notice the same pattern over and over. People having big visions - of where they want to go in life - but they are fighting a constant inner battle so that they stay where they are. ⚡️I am here to coach highly driven visionary realists to resolve their internal roadblocks, so that they can make the impact in the world they deep down know they can have. ⚡️Send me a DM if you have any questions I am exited to chat with you. . . . #visionaryrealist #nlpcoaching #nlppractitioner #lifecoaching #femaleentrepreneur #2021goals #nlpcoach #youhavethepower #femaleonlinecoach #sustainableliving #mindsetmatters #shepreneur #letsdothis #realist #Visionary #partsintegration #impact
✨ You are the key to your own everything.
✨ This is the energy for 2021. ⚡️
✨ Together is the way forward.
✨ Merry Christmas. ✨Frohe Weihnachten.
✨ Trust your own judgement.
✨Every journey begins with the first step and the decision to start moving into a certain direction. Once you are moving the right course of action will become more and more clear. It always sounds so easy but finding the courage to make the first step can be challenging - and that is okay. Take your time, take a deep breath and then make the first step.
✨Making a decision can feel tough. But very often we know the answer already. ⚡️ Something that I found helpful is to ask: Is the answer a “hell yes”? If it is not - it’s most likely a no. ⚡️Is there something you need to say no to?
✨ Going out on an adventure and explore new places is a thing that fills me with joy. ⚡️ Where do you want to go when we can safely travel again? Meeting with friends who live further away?
