The definition of an evidence is an indication. Unquestionable evidence means nobody can doubt it.
Is there such a thing as absolutely unquestionable proven evidence?
In philosophy, “cogito ergo sum” is unquestionable. Meaning, without someone to do the thinking (regardless of anything else), the sentence couldn’t be thought. So the action (thought) proves the existence of the actor (the self that does the thinking).
In mathematics, to the extent that you believe you’ve not made a mistake, you can have a total certainty in proven theorems. So, unless you believe you can consistently make the same mistake repeatedly, and/or you believe other people are a figment of your imagination (if they don’t exist, their verification of something is worthless, see solipsism).
In the physical world, there’s no such thing as certainty, just overwhelming evidence. For example, things are observed to always “fall down”, that doesn’t actually prove this consistency must continue. Also, Newtonian laws of motion are still as consisten as they ever were, but we see how they’re not accurate. We’ve learned to look closer. So, new observations can upset the certainty of ideas.
In the legal sense, absolute doesn’t matter, reasonable doubt matters.
So, beyond “cogito ergo sum”, technically can’t be 100% certain of anything. Even if your memories are false and are insane, you’re still thinking, proving there is something doing the “thinking”. However, you could be a brain in a computer simulation that was created a minute ago with your memories ready to make the wrong conclusion based on baseless memories, just to see how you react to this argument given a randomly generated set of memories. This can’t possibly be disproved. But if you’re ready to assume that your memories are real and you have a past and experiences, and you make the assumption that “reality” is “real” (after all, it seems so damned persistent), you can have a very high confidence. It’s not easy though, we are crippled in the brain (cognitive biases, bad perception [optical illusions], and so on).
