Over time, I started recognizing the physical benefits in addition to the emotional benefits of practicing yoga. 
I was experiencing sleeping disorders, and I’d read that yoga was a great way to help. Naturally, I was all over it. I became more intentional with my physical yoga practice, and without even realizing it, I developed regular practice.

Ingredients:
- 2 oeufs
- 3g cuil de sirop de dattes
- abricots secs
- noix
- un pot de fromage frais 
- 100g de farine complète de votre choix ( j’ai utilisé la farine d’avoine et farine de noix de coco )
- 3g cuil d’huile d’olive 
- 2 cuil de beurre de noix de votre choix ( amlou in this recipe)
- 1/2 sachet de levure bio
