*IN FRAME = COLD COCOA

*RECEPIE OF COLD COCOA
Ingredients

500 ml Full fat Milk

200 ml Milk

1/4 Cup Chocolate Grated

2 tbsp Cocoa Powder

2 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp Corn Flour

Instructions

In a steel-vessel pour and heat milk. Cook on low flame and let it boil well.

In the next step, add coco powder in a bowl along with corn flour, sugar, and milk.

Whisk until all ingredients melt and blend well.

Next, in the vessel with milk simmering, pour in the coco mixture with one hand and keep stirring with the other hand.

Add chocolate and on full flame stir continuously to avoid it sticking it to the base. Let it come to a boil.

After a boil, on low medium flame keep stirring continuously and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until it has a thick consistency.

Switch off the flame and let it cool down.

You will observe a thick layer of cream on top of the coco, now strain into another bowl.

Refrigerate it for 5-6 hours

Once chilled serve in a glass full of icecubes..😍😍

It is also known as Paniyaram pan, Appampatra pan, Paddu, Unniappam, Aebleskiver Pan, Takoyaki Pan, Puff Pancake Pan, Paniyarakal pan. Some popular recipes are the traditional Appe or the Danish Ableskiver balls or Pancake Puffs......🥰🥰😇

RECEPIE OF APPE :
*INGRRDIENTS
1 cup Semolina (Rava), 3/4th cup Curd, 1 Medium size onion (finely chopped), 1 inch ginger (finely chopped), 1-2 green chillies (finely chopped) ,5-6 Curry Leaves (finely chopped) ,Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) ,Salt ,Water ,Oil, A pinch of Baking Soda ....

*METHOD
 1. In a bowl add rava, curd. Mix well. Add half cup water and salt. Mix well to create a thick batter. 
2. Heat a pan, add oil, ginger, green chillies and onion. Sauté till golden brown.
 3. Add the onion mixture to the batter. 
4. Add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well and set the batter aside for 20 mins. 
5. After 20 mins add a pinch of baking soda and mix well. 
6. Heat the appe pan, add a drop of oil and pour the batter.
 7. Cover and cook for a min. 
8. Once it's half cooked, flip over and cook on the other side for a min. 
9. Serve hot with coconut chutney OR KETCHUP (whatever you want).

IN FRAME=LEFTOVER ROTI  WRAPS

RECEPIE*

INGREDIENTS =
● 2 Leftover roti
●  Roasted cumin powder
●  Garam masala
● rocksalt
●chaatmasala
● Oil for cooking
● 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise/white sauce
●1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
●Sweetcorn,capsicum,and paneer
(Vegies as per your choice).
●mix herbs 

STEPS=

● take the leftover rotis and cut it from the bottom as shown in the video.
●Now spread some  mayonnaise or white sauce on the one side of the  roti and  spread some Sweetcorn on it.
●now spread some ketchup on the other half of the roti and spread some capsicum and paneer..
●now sprinkle all the masalas..and fold it as shown in video.
● now take a pan.heat the oil and put the roti on it and cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame..Leftover roti wrap are ready..serve with ketchup,chutney etc.

🎈Ingredients

4 slices - fresh milk bread

1 ripe -  mango, peeled

butter to apply on bread

•chaat masala, blackpepper powder,rock salt.

•chopped dry fruits (as per choice)

How to Make Fresh Mango Sandwich

Slice mango into flat rounds, 

Chill the slices till required.

Cut bread slices into round shape

Apply butter on both the side of bread.

Sprinkle the chat Masala,blackpepper powder and rocksalt on the bread.

Arrange the mango slices.

Top with the cottage cheese and nuts on it.

Top with the second slice of bread.

Serve immediately.
