Saturday mornings are my favorite. I get to ride a bike to nowhere with some of my favorite humans and I’m reminded of the amazing human I am!! I struggled this week thinking if I did it all right, was I too much, did I care too much, have I given too much too fast but I didn’t!! I was myself and I’m always going to be myself. As @l.v_fitness said this morning, “it isn’t about fixing you but you have to learn about yourself. You take the bad, the good, the mistakes, the success, and you don’t forget it or apologize. You aren’t fixing you, you are evolving and you do your best.” I’m doing my best and my best is enough. What’s meant for me is already mine and no one or nothing can take that away from me.

I know it’s a crazy time. 2020 his been, I don’t even have words for what 2020 has been but it has taught me a lot. Happy FriYay Jr. I posted this on my story there other day but I felt it needed to be on my feed. At a time when the worked is in chaos we need to be kinder, we need to love without expectations, we need to give people grace, and we need to hold space with each other. There are so many of us walking around with smiles on our faces as we are fighting battles that make us crumble when we are alone. @paige_me_later was amazing at this. She was a light to all that crossed her path. God knows I miss her so much but I know she is close. Right there watching and guiding. Life is a beautiful thing. There are ups and downs. People come and go. We life, we learn, we grow... Every decision we make leads us down the road of life and we cross paths with all kinds of people. Each interaction with another person, how ever small is meant to teach us something. Some people are meant to stay and others are just passing through to show us something about ourselves. The decision to take a class @cyclebar_redmill will forever be one of my best decisions. I thought it was going to be a place to work out but it has become so much more. It’s a family and I’ve met some of the most amazing humans. So today I deem it #ShoutoutSunday @l.v_fitness said “notice who is rooting for you as you grow and see who’s cheering for you when you get there.” Surround yourself with people who make you better, who will call you on your bullshit, and keep you grounded. These women do this for me and I’m blessed to be surrounded by people like them in all of my life. God provides so much more than you could ever imagine.

Maya Angelou said “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” That is something I whole heartedly believe in. It’s something I try to do daily but I sometimes still play small, fall short, and hide that part of me from some people. The way I see it, I have to be me. I love hard, I believe that there is good in everyone and I mean everyone, I give people the benefit of the doubt, I trust too easily, and I believe in the good in humanity. I believe that we can spread love and kindness and leave the world a better place. Every random act of kindness sends a ripple. Something as simple as a smile and a good morning can make someone’s day. Call me an optimist, call me a dreamer, call me whatever the hell you want to but I’m going to be me, I’m going to squeeze to hard when I hug you, I’m going to be loud and excited, I’m going to love hard, I’m going to be silly and smile way too much but at the end of the day I’m going to leave this world a better place. Think, chose, be the love you wish to see on the world because at the end of the day only love is real and only now exists. Tomorrow is not promised so live a life without regrets. #UNBOTHERED
