I wish I could say that the 12 week prep started on a week that I was fully mentally ready but... life am i right?! . regardless, going back down in weight and really focusing on what I’ve been practicing on in form the last few weeks felt like it paid off today. A light bulb finally clicked. Much happier with form today 😍

Im not sure what I find funnier. My lifting face or my concerned β€œwas my form ok” face when I get done with a lift πŸ˜‚ my RBF face literally never leaves. 
Really trying to fix my hips in my dead’s. Lifting with my chest first and not raising my hips. It’s a battle for me at the moment. But hitting 205 in dead’s for 3 sets after being so sick this week, I’ll take the W πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ–€
